Seller expedited shipment very fast in great packaging. I really love this keyboard. It was very easy to install. I looked at a demo on YouTube. It far exceeded my expectations in quality and touch with keystrokes. This keyboard is superior and easier to use than the original Dell keyboard. I highly recommend the seller and their products.

After I spilled a pint of sweetened soymilk over my Inspiron 6000 laptop, a few of the keys on the keyboard no longer worked, so I ordered this replacement. It arrived extremely quickly: I ordered it Thursday evening, it arrived the next Monday, and that was with the most basic form of delivery selected. Installation was fairly straightforward using the Dell owner’s manual, and so far it works like a charm.

After many of the keys fell off my Dell Inspiron 6000’s keyboard, I figured any keyboard that fit couldn’t be worse than the one Dell made. So I bought this keyboard, and it works great, was easy to install. Altogether a very good product.
